The Thrust focuses on the following five areas: Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health, and Political Awareness and Involvement.

DELTA ACADEMY

Delta Academy provides an opportunity for local chapters to enrich and enhance the education that young teen girls, ages 11-14, receive in public schools across the nation. Specifically, we augment their scholarship in math, science, and technology, their opportunities to provide service in the form of leadership through service learning defined as the cultivation and maintenance of relationships.

Delta GEMS

Delta GEMS provides a positive network for teenage girls, ages 14-18, to strengthen and develop their will to achieve.The purpose of Delta GEMS program is to form a road map for college and career planning which incorporates five major components: Scholarship, Sisterhood, Show Me the Money, Service and Infinitely Complete.

EMBODI

The EMBODI program focuses on these issues through dialogue, mentoring, programs and activities while addressing the specific needs of African American males in the areas of character development, education, community service, self-efficacy, leadership, physical & mental health and community service.

DEBUTANTE

The Pearls of Perfection Debutante Program recognizes notable young ladies in the Flint/Genesee County area who demonstrate superior academic excellence, exemplary moral standards and are active engagement in their local communities. This comprehensive program is designed for rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The purpose of the Rebecca Louise Robinson and Mae D. Green scholarships is to recognize and honor the academically talented students of the community. Aid is given on the basis of need as well as total assessment of the achievements and aspirations of applicants.
